AT Route Performance
- Measures how far Auckland Transport runs from its own published schedule.
- Polls AT's GTFS-RT feed every couple of minutes and stores each stop arrival with its deviation.
- Rolls completed service days into per-route summaries behind daily boards, rankings, and per-route and per-stop pages.
- Counts cancellations separately and filters out ghost readings so a cancelled service cannot flatter a route.

About Me
Introduction
My name is Harrison, and I’m an IT support and infrastructure technician based in Auckland. I hold a Bachelor of Computer and Information Science from AUT, majoring in Networks & Cybersecurity and Software Development, along with three CCNA certifications earned across three consecutive years and self-taught Linux server administration outside of work. Since October 2025 I’ve run my own support business, To the Point Tech, helping homes and small businesses across Auckland.
My Journey
My fascination with tech began young when I reinstalled Windows on my iMac purely to play games. That sparked a lifelong love of software, troubleshooting, and learning how hardware and networks fit together. Study at AUT and my CCNAs turned that curiosity into a proper foundation, and running To the Point Tech now puts it to work on real problems every day.
Skills and Projects
Day to day I handle device setup, fault isolation, Wi-Fi and network configuration, data recovery, and Microsoft 365, working across Windows, macOS, and Linux. Outside client work I administer a TrueNAS SCALE server with a 46 TB ZFS pool, running 19 containerised services and two virtual machines behind Cloudflare tunnels, with Tailscale for device-to-device access. That lab is where most of my Linux, storage, and networking experience comes from. I also script and build my own tools in TypeScript and Python, which is how I keep the lab and my client records running the way I want them to.
Future Goals
I’m looking for a service desk, IT support, or junior infrastructure role where I can work with business systems and networks at a scale I can’t reach on my own, deepen my Active Directory and Microsoft 365 experience, and keep building on the CCNA foundation towards designing and maintaining resilient, secure networks.
